We invest in talent and encourage new ways of thinking to enrich our industry and business, leveraging innovation and sustainability for the next generation.
Bally also supports its employees through company mentorship programs and continuous learning opportunities, as with Bally Portal’s e-learning modules.
HEAD - Geneva, University of Art and Design
As one of Europe’s leading schools of art and design, HEAD is immersed in the local community and economy of Geneva, with a campus in the heart of the Swiss capital. Embarking on a six-month project, M.A. Fashion Design students were tasked to create Alpine-inspired designs after a visit to Bally's 170-year archive and shoe museum, which was created in 1942. Mentored by Bally’s designers and artisans, the students’ sketches were brought to life by our Caslano factory as functional prototypes, providing them with a valuable foundation in product development from conception to production.
Polimoda
Bally partners with Polimoda in Florence, one of fashion’s leading educational institutions in support of their Master's in Fashion Product Management. Hosting masterclass workshops with Polimoda students, Bally team members offer key insights and know-how in a holistic overview of Bally's product management process, from Design and Merchandising to Product Development and Communications.
Swiss Institute in Rome
Bally has provided three scholarships for the Istituto Svizzero di Roma’s summer school students to investigate the dynamics of national image and digital communication with specific reference to the qualification of “The Importance of Made In,” together with USI.
